It was in the box for my new EVGA psu.

It's a self test plug basically. With this plugged in, and the PSU plugged in, the PSU should turn on. Also, it is used to fill custom liquid cooling loops to power on he PSU without powering on the whole system :)

 
I basically made my own 3 times now... 1st when I needed to test my PSU when my computer wouldn't turn on, and 2 more times when I was filling my custom loop [emoji14]

Each time I lost the wire I was using [emoji14]
