I heard of someone that was going to use this tool to mod his powersupply in some way but I had no absolute idea.. they kept saying words like molex and stuff..... Can anyone explain to me a little on what this thing is about???

The only thing that tool does is remove the pins from the Molex connectors(Your 4 pin large connectors). It won't mod your PSU in any way.

People modding PSUs use them to remove the molex connectors before sleeving the power cables on the PSU. Neatens everything up.

Thats a neet tool, but I have always been able to do it with a tiny screwdriver. Granted, my method probably takes 5 times longer, but cost me $12 less.
