VIO states for Voltage Input/Output...
It's 3.3V mostly... At least on my board (ASUS P2B)...

VIO standard is 3.3V
Mine is 3.5V
I think,
Safe is under 3.7V
Danger is 3.8+V
What should your be set to????
Depends on your system stability... Video Card Stability, ect.
If you have an unstable system, but are sure your CPU can take it, try upping your VIO and see if that helps.
