what kind of vga for tv?

i got a couple of pc's one 1.6g p 478 and a 2600+ socket a what kind of vga could i get by with in order to watch tv with them.? will be trying to use a 27'' or a 52'' tv. is there any budget type cards that can do this. both tv's have rca/ s video inputs

you dont need a real high end card, my old radeon 9200 had a video out for a tv, and my x700, x1300, and x1600 all have/had svideo out. even the radeon 7500 on my laptop has svideo out.

can you tell me how did the picture quality look?

well, I didnt use an hdtv or anything, just a cheap $75 16" panasonic I had in my room to test it, so just imagine 640x480 on an early model lcd.
