What kinda mobo/ram/cpu combo?

I want to get
RAM:Mushkin 184 Pin 512MB(256MBx2) DDR PC-3200 Level II Dual Pack - Retail,

MOBO: NF7-s v2.

What kind of cpu should I buy (from newegg) to go with these that will overclock well locked/unlocked?

Barton 2500+ if youd be happy with around 2.2-2.4ghz.
XP 1800/1700+ if youd want more.

Personally I'd get the barton even though it may top out 100-200mhz lower than the 1800/1700. Also i saw a thread that showed the 2600 doing pretty well also.

Allright, so if I got a Barton locked, whats the difference in oc'ability between that and one thats unlocked? In other words, how much more Mhz could I get out of a Barton thats unlocked? There's a store down the road that has them for $69, thats a good deal right?
