hey there, as the title says which memory will give me 300mhz with decent timings and 1t? im looking for timings of 2.5-3-3-7. voltage is not an issue as i have a booster on the way. i want to run at these speeds 24/7 and game with them as well. i know my cpu and board can do 300, now i just need the ram that will. i somehow doubt my patriot xbl will be able to pull it off as many people say that tccd doesnt respond well to more then 3v. any suggestions or comments would be great. thanks.

I vote for GSkill because I have seen it run at 350Mhz FSB with 2.5 CAS. Very impressive.
PM OnePageBook as he's the master of GSkills modules.

how much voltage is it gonna take for the g.skill le's to do 300mhz 2.5-3-3-7 1t? :bday:

OPB got his up there on 2.9-3.0v I believe. Super voltage such as 3.5-3.7v simply isn't necessary on TCCD. In fact, it would probably kill it rather quickly.

Also, have you checked out OCZ's DDR600? Looks pretty nice.
