What mobo to use?

I am looking at getting a T-Bird and was wondering which mobo would be a good overclocker without spending a lot of cash on the board? I have a buddy that is getting rid of a 750 T-Bird.

Any input would be great.

the oringnal abit kt7-raid or a kt7a non-raid. you also might want to make sure you have a bigg eonugh case as thay are big bords (found that out the hard way ) good luck.
