I'm getting ready to order a 2.6C (800mhz fsb) and I need to know what kind of memory I need. I need pc3200 right due to it being 200mhz fsb x 4 right? TIA
 
Yes the buffalo winbond stuff from newegg is like 85 bux very good stuff 215-217 fsb.

are you going to overclock?

IF yes then get some crosair xms pc3200

if your leaving it all stock then the kingston stuff is pretty decent stock

Your best bet would be to check your Motherboards website for recommended DDR400 modules to use since you are not going to overclock.

The 865 and 875 motherboards are quite finnicky with ram so best to use what the manufacturers recommend.

After you have found that out use pricewatch ( an example ) to find the best spot to purchase the ram and then use
resellerratings.com (also an example) to validate the quality of the online places to purchase from.....
 
you don't consider running the memory out of sync with the bus overclocking do you?

leaving the processor in spec and ram in spec - more tweaking that overclocking
