I'm running an Athlon XP 3000+ on a PC-Chips M848A Motherboard with SIS chipset (It's pretty crappy) Anyway I'm thinking about overclocking, but I still have a 300W Macron power supply, is that enough? I know I probably wont be able to change the voltage to the cpu with my motherboard anyway but I'd just like some opinions.

Welcome to the Forums.

It's possible that it is enough but without knowing what else you're running in the system, it's hard to say. Thing with generic PSU's is that you might get a gem, or you might get a dud. Luck of the draw.
