Increasing the FSB will yield higher performance. You can see the difference when you run benchmarks

Clear;y the FSB, because the faster the FSB, the faster ALL of the components run. (Aswell as your proc.)

The dittos are correct .... you will get a better bench ... up to a point.
Everything downside of the FSB will be forced to run at the heightened clock. Unless your system is well balanced, the chain will break at the weakest link: Video (especially if PCI)? SDRAM? or other !
