what resistor to use for vcore mod on ak31?

someone told me 18k would work but i only used a 6 k when i modded my msy kt7 pro 2a so im not sure

If you want to get the board back to default voltage, you need to use a minimum of about 60k Ohms. I'd suggest two 47k ohm pots in serial. My AK31 was not quite able to get to default voltage through just the potentiometer with a 47k ohm pot.

understandable when i modded my msi kt7 pro2a( i pitty myself for the purchase)
my default voltage ended up being 1.90


will high humidity have a negative effect on the pot.'s lifespan? i live in the southern us and its already getting muggy

i scored a 50k pot from ratshack and some clips to test it out im just hoping i got the right one will find out tonight :L)
