What Settings to DISABLE for better oc in my IS7-G ???

Well just like the title says, what settings must I disable for a better o/c ?? I've heard some people mention GAT settings or whatever but i dont know which ones are those.... also I'm not sure if my board has the spread spectrum feature to disable also.. If anyone can tell me what to disable for better O/C would be great.... I have an abit IS7-G

My OC:
2.4c (SL6Z3) @ 3.15ghz
2x256 KHX PC-3200 (Think my ram is holding me back, have tried different timings but still cant run stable at 3.2 ghz.
ABIT IS7-G
and well the rest is in sig..
