My current displays are below as follows.

Acer Predator XB321HK 32" 4K UHD IPS NVIDIA G-Sync 60hz (main screen, I use this daily)

SCEPTRE U275W-4000R 27" 3840x2160 4K UHD IPS LED** (x2) OverHead Above style, runs apps like Winamp,Cam,Task Mgr,sticky notes,evga Precision

(2) new screens I have laying around

x1*AOC AGON AG322QC4 31.5" Curved Framless Gaming Monitor, QHD 2560x1440 VA panel, FreeSync 2, DisplayHDR 400, 144Hz, 4ms, DisplayPort/HDMI, VESA
x1*AOC Agon AG352UCG6 35" Curved Gaming Monitor, 1800R, UWQHD 3440x1440 VA Panel, G-SYNC, 120Hz, 4ms, DisplayPort/HDMI

Depends on what you're doing/playing. Using one of the 120+Hz panels would be good if you can benefit from the extra FPS, but of course would not look as nice as the 4k IPS for daily use. I'd probably go with the Gsync one just looking at specs.

Which G-Sync....I own 2/

I play FPS like The Division, PUBG,etc ,DOom,Dishonroed,Fallout,

I would get a high end dlp if I were to choose. The real heat will be off the bulb and not a card in your case. Plus the connectivity issues simple vanish.

If I had 5 monitors, I’d have a 5 monitor set up. Based on the specs you’ve provided, a 3/2 set up. The curved monitors on the sides of your main monitor and the other two above the bottom 3.
