what should i do for my upgrade

i use my computer for gaming, general use, photoshop, cad, High resolution multimedia

my current build is this:
dfi lanparty jr gf9400-t2rs
core 2 duo e8500 4gb corsair value select ram 800mhz
thermaltake frio
ocz agility 3 120gb
wd 1tb green 64mb cache
zalman gs1000 case
raidmax 630s

i NEED to upgrade soon i am overclocking but this thing is just too underpowered my vision is:
gigabyte g1 sniper 3
i7 3770k
atleast 8gb samsung overclocking ram
thermaltake frio
ocz agility 3 120gb
wd 1tb green
zalman gs1000
raidmax 630s
gtx 660ti/670(depending on cash)
and a killer watercooling setup

while i am low on cash what would you guys think will get me the best bang for the moment getting a new gpu or getting a new platform and sticking with onboard for a while

Do you live near a Microcenter?
I'd go with a
ASRock Extreem4 + i5 3750k Ivy Bridge $50 off cpu/mobo combo deal.
8gig DDR3-1600

Then you'd be able to use your SSD you have at it's rated speeds and have money left over for a good vid card like the 670.
