For the motherboard, you should ask the guys who hangout in the AMD mobo section, they would have a better idea.
How fast it would go depends on a lot of things, cooling, memory, quality of the components.... to get an idea of what others have check out the CPU database.

8K7A from EPOX is a great board for DDR. Many people are pleased with thiers and I know I am. I have seen it go to 150 which I am at now and definutely higher of upwards to 200+FSB. Consider this one and ask around. The ABIT hasn't come out yet but I think when it comes down in price I may pick it up for my second system and see how it does.

I AM getting a 1.33 AHYJA. What DDR Mobo and peltier should I get? How fast would it go?

I'm picking up an EpoX 8K7A+ It's been getting rave reviews from OC sites and from lots of users. If you are not interested in the RAID version they have a regular 8K7A. I picked up the RAID version for $139.00 before shipping. My old super 7 board was an Epox and I loved it.

The price on the KG7 will come down. I am going after it instead of the EPOX even though it got rave reviews.

The Iwill kk266 is DDR? I thought it was the Iwill kk266-R (Raid) version that had the DDR ram. Both ways very good boards. I think that if this mobo can run without themal greese overclocked and not lock up then your messing with a good made motherboard.

The KK266/266-R is SDRAM, the KA266/266-R is DDR. Just sent a KA266-R back to get it repaired, but the site does not carry the board anymore :( I hope that it's just temporary, it's a great board and I REALY want it.

Try checking out the new review in http://www.tomshardware.com/ ...there is a review of nine DDR, AMD 761 based motherboards...Intresting reading...to wait or not to wait that is the question with the flavor of the week changing, well... almost weekly and what the next couple of months hold's only time will tell...
