i am considering building a watercooled peltier rig for my t bird 1200 (i am now using crappy stock hsf ). i will then overclock as much as possible. what kind of under load / idle cpu temps can i get using a good pelt / block / radiator fan combo. thanks

Depends. What kind of stuff are you going to get and how high do you plan to overclock with what core voltage

May I suggest you try watercooling first and see if that does the trick. Pelts are fun and a PITA at the same time. Figure on gaining about 100 MHz at best with pelts on a Bird.
