What size solesaw for 80mm, 92mm & 120mm fans?

I know a 4 1/2" is perfect for a 120mm fan because of the "dead space" between the edges of the fanblades and the actual fan chassis make up for the slightly smaller hole (114mm)

You want to make the holes slightly smaller than the fan. I think my hole saw for 120mm fans is 112mm

a cd is the perfect size for the hole for a 120mm fan

A CD is five inches in diameter, a 120mm fan is slightly more than 4 1/2 inches. It's quite far from the perfect size...
An 80mm fan would be something very close to a 3" hole, that should be about perfect. A 92mm fan should be right next to a 3.5" hole.
