Just about any good solvent will work. Actetone, Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone, Any TFE de-greaser, even good old Gumout Carburetor Cleaner works well. From my experience, my least favorite is isopropyl alcohol.

I have to as of yet done it. However from what I have seen the best is to use Acetone. ie Fingernail polish remover. Use it lightly with a cottonball. And make sure it dries up. Thats the good thing about Acetone, it evaporates quickly.
