What Window Is Easier to Cut

both are fairly difficult....i'd use a nice hand saw w/ a fine toothed blade, because scoring rounded edges is pretty difficult unless you have a template or something of that sort...

i would use lexan if it were me, but some would say different.

Both are about the same. Do use a fine tooth saw, and leave the protective paper cover on until the last possible minute.
