Im looking for a new AMD Mobo that can support the higher AMD chips (2400+, 2600+) and will be able to handle higher chips as the come out, also AGP 8x because I'm getting a Ati Radeon 9700 Pro. I don't want any cheap ol' mobo, thats why I'm asking for your opinions. It must also be very stable and good for O\Cing. I currently use a Soyo K7V Dragon Plus with a AMD 1700+. Thnx for your help!

Well, you could do one of two things:

1. Wait for the Nforce2 (highly recommended), or, if you're impatient:

2. Pick up either Epox's 8k9a2+ or Abit's KD7-Raid (KT400).

Both factory unlock T-breds, and albeit Epox's voltages are a bit lower (2.0v max on vcore vs. 2.35 on Abit), both are still great boards.

Take your pick :)

Well pricewatch says the Asus ones will be coming out next week, 11/13 @ MarkOneComputers.com, just go to pricewatch and do a search on A7N8X
