Ok, some may have seen my water block thread, and I am sure most havent. But what I am wondering is what is a good PSI for a water block to be able to handle? What kind of pressure is acceptable? Minimums? Any ideas???

Understandable. However I am wanting to test my personally made block. The SilverBell is mine. I am wanting to test it some for how much pressure it can hold and be ok really. I wasnt expecting much but I was hoping for an idea as to how much would be acceptable. Get what I mean?

Kewl and thanks... Now how do you mean test it with your garden hose? I mean I understand basiclly how, but Do you hook up the hose to one side and close off the other? So its a solid direct pressure into the block? That would only create 45PSI? hmm.... To me it seems it would end up creating more pressure than that... Nice idea though... Will have to do some thinking on how I could do that and measure the actual PSI it would be forcing....

Thanks!~!

I'd just rig some air fittings, block the outlet, and get my footpump to it, while it was submerged in a bucket and look for airbubbles. Also have a dinky 12v compressor that would do the job. Both have gauges on, I wouldn't trust them to be accurate to more than 5psi but it gives you an idea.
