You might want to consider the DFI Infinity, from what I hear it has been OCing better than the NF7-S, but I havn't looked at it a lot yet so I don't know the differnces, just that it usualy gets much higher FSB than NF7's.

Also deffinatly get a differnt HS (thats Heatsink), I would suggest Thermalright, SLK-800/900 (I would get one of the "U" ones insetad of "A" ones as long as it fits the motherboard you get - it does fit the NF7-S if I remember correctly) are good as is the SP-97 if you have the money. Then either an 80mm or 92mm (depending on what HS you get) Tornado (fan) if you can deal with a lot of noise or a quiter fan of the same size if you can't.

I would also not get Geil memory. Corsair XMS, Kingston, Mushkin and Buffalo are all pretty good brands most of the time. If you wan't really good memory try to do a little research on it and get some Windbond CH-5 or BH-5 (latter is better but becoming scarce) if you can. That might be a little too expensive though so maybe just change the brand.

All thats what I would do anyways.
I am assuming that you already have all the things that you didn't put on the list too? (PSU, case, HDDs, etc.)
If thats the case what PSU do you have? If it's generic I would suggest getting somthing like a Fortron or Antec (350w Fortron would probably be perfect for you and is less than 40 bucks).

Oh, and uh...
Welcome To the Forums!:D

The case comes with a 420W PSU and I am taking my HDD, FDD, and CD-RW from my old comp. I am juggling between getting a mobile 2500 or a regular 2500, I just want a stable but no-hassle one time overclock to 3200...

Oh, woops, didn't see that:p
Well, if I were you I would try to find another, cheaper case with no PSU and get a garuenteed quality PSU. The PSU is pretty darn important when it comes to overclocking and system saftey.
But in the end it is your decision:D

Eeek! A PSU with no label! I'd avoid it like the plague for OC'ing purposes (probably a PowMax). Get a 80mm Fortron/Sparkle 350 watt instead.

If you need an inexpensive HSF, get the Thermaltake Extreme Volcano 12 (their only good HSF). It performs about the same as an SLK-800 with the same fan (Thermaltake Smart Fan II).

Well, a 350w Fortron has about the same or more amps on the rails and that PSU might be overrated too.
It looks like it might be ok and maybe not, I would still get a Fortron or somthing.

Ya, it would be best to get a case without a PSU and then get a cheaper good PSU (like a Fortron 350w).

Antec cases usualy decent PSUs though, if you really want to look but it will be more expensive.

Don't forget you can ignore our suggestions, it's you who has the final decisions.
