Ok i've just got set up a system ECS K7SEM then i have a Durong 1.0 Ghz ok everything fine yesterday i was running 57 idle with the case closed and today with the case open i'm in 25 C using thermalright sk6. Can be a difference that big?
Ok one more question how reliable are the ECS diodes because i'm having weird readings
Sensor1 27 C Max 47C
Sensor2 -104 C Max 34
Sensor3 94C no changing involved.
Have anyone had similar expirience? Pls anyone can help me out? i dunno whats going on because i might need to get some extra cooling and with these readings is kind a hard to know what i need

First, it sounds like you need a case fan or two. Second, it's possible that somehow your heatsink settled into the ASII a bit. Typically ASII get a few degrees improvement over the course of about 3 days.

Close your case up again and watch the temps. If they skyrocket again, then you know what your problem is.

Thx for your advice =)
Are those temps acurate i'm talking about the Sensor2, Sensor3 because i'm more concerned about 90 something C i have on sensor3, still don't know how i get -104 with sensor2.

Sensors 2 and 3 have problems obviously. It's probably a matter of configuration in MBM more than the sensors themselves. I've never run that board, so I can't tell you how to set up MBM for it. I suggest you ask in the motherboard forum if you don't get a good answer here.

I do need some case fans lol i'm kind a cheap ******* lol after spending on the xp1800 system i didn't have enough money left so i try to save wherever i could. After closing the Case is like an oven my temps went back up to the mid 50s. Thx Again
