Finally after getting everthing together I started overclocking looking for limit on my cpu, I set the vcore to 1.7 and start increasing fsb, I get somewhere to 15x287, load windows, eveything looks good I check cpu on my computer and it says 9mhz, I click sisandra and run cpu test and get 65, run super pi 1000+ for 1m

I'd drop that Vcore too. If you want to max out voltage set at 1.650. If you were water cooling it might be safe. At 1.7 a lot of northwoods don't last very long. My 2.8 didn't die but It degraded my overclock.

below 15C ?? using what cooling . If you don't have peltier or phase change cooling , then those temps are quite wrong . Unless of course you live in the Arctic and use you computer outside .
