whats good temp for 1800+

i am currently running at 11.5x140 which gives 1610mhz... my cpu at idle is around 42.5-43 and around 46c at full load with standard HSF... is that a good temp to run at?

i have a 1800+ and i'm not even overclocking, my temp is at 53. So it can still get worse , i wish i could get my temp that low
