take a paperclip and put it in the 2nd and 6th connection of the ATX connection to the left of the clip?

I wanna test some fans for thier various noise and I can't remember how to get a PSU on without plugging it into a motherboard.

Connect the remote (usually green) to a ground (black). They are right next to each other. I don't know if a paper clip will work, but usually any size wire will do it. If I remember correctly, green is wire 3 and black is wire 4.

might be 4 and 5.
