Whats the Best AMD Motherboard 4 Overclocking?

Since it seems weird to me that your mobo doesn't allow multiplier tweakimg, I will permit myself such a dumb question:
Wouldn't your CPU be still locked, if it is thenL L1 Bridges....
If not, sorry for the dumb Q

The L1 Bridges have the 4 seperate lines and all of them are connected from the factory. This is correct isn't it?
