what's the best CAS latency for winbond CH6 chips (333 mhz)?

I have GA-8SQ800 with two Winbond 256MB CH6 333Mhz (DualDDR enabled) memory sticks
what's the lowest cas latency it can get?

What are you running at the moment?

Try the next setting e.g. 2.5 to 2 and check stability with folding, seti, sandra, memtest, prime etc.

Obviously until you have tested stability it could well crash so beware of that.

If it is unstable change the setting back in the bios.

memtest is obviously going to be alot better than prime at testing ram. I recommend running it overnight. running it overnight will burn the ram in and give it an even higher overclock or make it take less voltage to get to your previous max.
