Whats the best hs/f for pentium 4?

I have a p4 1.6a @ 2ghz (stock fan) but the bios for my msi 645 ultra dosn't read the cpu temp right. I'm afraid i'm going to overheat, so whats the best heatsink/fan that wont make me deaf.

Hows the Thermaltake P4 dragon 478 or the Volcano 7+?

Watercooling!!!! If you really want to stick to an aircooled solution, Alpha has also just released a P4 socket 478 version of the 8045, but I can't remember the model number of it.
