What's the best program that tells you which files phone home?

I have Comodo Firewall installed that basically intercepts all apps that phone home so the premise is that nothing is phoning home without me saying it's okay. But it's really old, I haven't updated it in years.

What is used nowadays in 2023 to see what's phoning home from your PC?


Is there a usable app for Android phones that intercepts phone home attempts that you would recommend [not data coming in - data going out]?
