What's the difference between the 2.8C and 2.8C MO (SL6Z5)?

I would recommend a M0, but in the end it's all just how lucky you are.
A P4 2.4C M0 stepping overclocks in most cases real great. Now with the 2.8C there isn't that much difference (except for the 2.8 clocked to 4 ghz on watercooling
)

I live in Ohio, any suggestions where I can purchase a 2.8C MO (SL6Z5) guranteed?
