What's the name of the program?

I've read it on here like 500+ times but now that I am looking for it I can't remember the name to find it. I am looking for a program that will "shutoff" my cpu when not in use. Cuz my idle temp is like 114 and I didn't get very good sleep last night cuz it was sooooooooooooooo hot in the room. (I left the computer on to download music.) So if any of ya can give me a name or two or HELL even a LINK would be nice.

i **think** this is what your talkin about....
its called Cpu cool.... it sends Halt command's to the pross when not in use.. intern cooling it down....
