What's up with 16ms LCD ?

It has been a while since Hitachi released their 16ms LCD. What happened to the other maufacturers? From what I know there are only 2 more on the market - Planar and Viewsonic. What about the rest, what about 19+ inches?

Well the other manufacturers are scrambling to release 16ms response time LCD's...You could go to Hitachi, Sony, etc...and check their sites...

Do the really good 25ms, still have ghosting that is noticiable. Ive been reading reviews of the top of the line 25ms and they havent said much about the ghosting. Does anyone have any experience?

Where I work (IT distribution in UK) we sell 16ms TFT's from a vendor called BenQ, they used to be known as Acer Communications, I don't kow if you can get them over there though.

All the 25ms response time LCD's that I have seen anyway, compared to the Hitachi are way behind when it comes to gaming...The Hitachi is the only 16ms response time LCD that I have experience with and it is really impressive considering it is a LCD...All the 25ms response time LCD's that I have played on streak and ghost...Just hang on a little bit longer, or go with the Hitachi, very nice piece...
