Just got my new dually up and running the other day. Still tweaking and ocing but here is how she is configured right now:

Woah, I was reading this thread, and after a bit wondered "Since when do so many people have dual P3 systems here?" Then I looked at the date :D This must have been the first thread in the SMP forum.

My Dual (her name is GEM)

  • 2 x 1800+ TRUE Athlon MP @ 1900+, 133 x 12, AGOIA Palominos
  • 2 x SLK-800, 53 cfm, blue LED 80mm fans, pretty loud
  • MSI K7D Master - L Red PCB, working USB ports sorta
  • 2 x 512 mb Crucial PC2700 non reg non ECC @ these timings
  • Built by ATI Radeon 8500 128mb DDR retail
  • Turtle Beach Santa Cruz audio
  • USB 2.0 PCI card that ****es me off
  • 120gb WD 1200JB with a 3gb system partition and a 108gb storage partition.
  • 160gb Maxtor 6 Y160P0 with one big arse storage partition on a 66mhz Maxtor ata 133 PCI IDE controller. It is a rebadged Promise Ultra133 TX2. This came with the drive, which was nifty.
  • Toshiba DVDROM / 16x CDRW. This thing is quiet, at least when in my...
  • Antec 1080SE with a pile of loud fans blowing a stupid amount of CFM.
  • Antec TruePower 430w PSU
  • Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4
