when installing ati tool

What do you mean by "it dosen't locate my card"? Where you install it should have no effect, though it not detecting a card is definatly strange. What errors does it give, if any?

you should have let it install into's it's default location.

you should uninstall ati tool and reinstall it. see if that helps

also, do you have your motherboard chipset drivers installed? as stupid as this sounds, my friend forgot and was getting wierd errors like that too
