From all the reviews these things sound great, but just where the hell are they? That's about it....thanks.
 
availability is scarce, a better choice would be the Globalwin FOP38 (loud as hell, but cool better than the articooler)
 
If you really want an Arcticooler, you need to check the Newark website, www.newark.com, and look for availability on p/n HACA-0001. They sometimes have 30 or 40 for sale every few weeks. The only other distributor, Avnet-Marshall, won't have any for public sale until maybe March. I've been lucky to get my hands on 6 of 'em. Used them on Celeron's, Duron's, and P3's. In my opinion, they perform as well as an Alpha, are quieter, but you can at least get an Alpha and it'll probably be cheaper.
