I am looking for some ram that can do 215-230mhz with tight timings: 2-2-2-11 or 2-3-3-11. I'm using a NF7-S and XP2600-m, without mods.

I'm very close to buying 2x256 OCZ PC3700EB, but I wanted to know if there's anything better out there? Pretty much anything that can do what I wanted thats less than or around $175, 512MB. How does the PC3700EB compare to bh-5/6? Thanks

EB is better than bh-5/6. It will clock a lot higher with less voltage and with 3-2-2 timings on the EB its equal to 2-2-2 timings on the winbond stuff :D

What kinda results did you guys get with your PC3700EB and xp-m?

Of course the EB are very good modules, but they are extremely expensive, I think.
I got my TwinMOS twister PC3700, runnig on 223MHz with 2,0-2-3-11-1 on 2,74V- since they are 233MHz- RAM, they can go further. I've seen peoble with 265MHz running 2,5-3-3-11-1 with 2,86V.

My pets are the A-Data or Hyperram, PC4000 :D
