Where can we get an actual painting frame file for TV Art?

Actual painting frames can make a difference when displaying art on your TV. One example found on the Internet can be seen below.

For some reason, Chromecast does not have a functionality to display frames over your custom art pictures, nor is there an easily found download for an actual painting frame which can be super imposed on your desktop pictures, exactly of the type like can be seen below.


Does anyone have a link to a 4K painting frame file, or can you attach it on here?
