Where did the water go?

After changing the water and running it a few weeks. I notice that the water level in my res is dropping. So I look around for leaks and I can't find any. My water rig is a close system so i don't think the water can evaporate. Even if it does, I don't think it can evaporate so quickly. Is anyone here having the same issue with water disappearing?

When you first filled up the system there was probably air in the hose, after running the sustem for awhile the air was replaced with the water in your res.

My guess is that what you are seeing is air collecting that was in the water.

I didn’t do a good job of bleeding my system of air and my water level is dropping fast as well. I think most of it is from air that is still trapped in the rad. However, as the system runs, the water line drops slower.

Is it inline or submerged. If in line it may be air after it bleeds out the air it takes more water and it my evaperate some but then again i'm new to water cooling to.

I think you guys are right. I been moving my case around, so I might have cause some trapped air to move into the res.

After the initial major burps the first day, I found that for the next two months, I had to add about 10ml (2 tsp) a week slowly tapering off to none, in my non-resevoir system.
