SOLVED Where in Oz can I buy a descent Heatsink?

The best heat sink I have seen in Australia is a GORB now I know how many of you feel about these, but at the moment I am stuck with what Intel call a HSF on my C700, I don't have a credit card to buy one off the net (not sure I would want to anyway) I would like something like 2 x FOB38's as they seem the "most commonly used here". (or the CAK38 when they become available)
Any help would be appriciated..

I currently have temps of
CPU 24c @ idle
CPU 52c @ 100% using wintach

M/B 27c @ idle
M/B 30c @ 100% using wintach

ambient between 17 - 20c at the moment

Thanks Jeff there not in Australia but they do money orders.
Any others places maybe in the states that don't require a credit card and will send to Oz?
