I have a and k7 (GA-7ZX) series with a via kt133 chipset motherboard. I have overclocked my cpu to just 1080 mhz from 1000..(amd athlon 1000 mhz)
by changing the fsb.... where on the board is the mutiplyer??....is it a switch like the fsb jumper? is it on the cpu????...........or is it a setting in my bios?...

I am not sure which chip you have. Is it a "Clasic", or Slot A Athlon, or a socket A Athlon? If it is a slot A, you'll need to get a GFD to unlock the multiplier. Otherwise, you'll have to do as Jeff suggests, and unlock the multiplier via the L1 bridges, either with a pencil or conductive pen. There are plenty of articles around that explain how to do this.
