Motherboard temperature sensor for the Asus A7V133 motherboard at? I was curious since I wanted to make sure it wasn't next to something that was making it artifically hot.

Thanks,

Shawn

The temp probe is located in the center area of the socket. It is unlikely that anything near it is affecting the readings because of the location. Unless you've interfered with it there should be no problem.

BTW, the ASUS Probe software bundled with the A7V133, has been reported to give artificially high readings. Generally reported as much as 10C higher than actual.

I hope this helps.
