im looking for a bios for a toshiba 2105cds laptop

im looking since mycomputer keeps saying its ready for bios update when i start it up and than deciding its fine. except everytime it does this my keyboard keys get remapped, so now i cant even type on it without an external keyboard. It does this maybe once a month

suggestions on where to find a bios would be appreciated

thanks

You're best off going with theirs anyway, I'd imagine. I'd love to find a 3rd party BIOS for my old Presario 1720US though... My slightly older (but very similar) 17XL260 has most of the options a basic desktop mobo has, but the 1720US limits me to little more than changing the boot order of drives, and enabling/disabling the LPT1 port....

No, wait...that IS all I can do... :bang head:

Hi dude If it say insert for bios update in TOSHIBA notebook computer it means keyboard probelm and not the bios problem. Please be aware this and don't try to flash bios cause if the worng key function in this time it's chaos. Replace the keyobard or clean the connector area and reseated and see
