Where to get that $5 unlocking kit???

I remember some peeps a while ago that posted a $5 shipped unlocking kit with that augmentation crystal thingy and a base for the cpu, it also included silver laquer and non conductive thermal paste to fill the gaps, where can i buy it ???

its ok for me since i dont wanna try the crayon method and theres nowhere around here i can get the stuff needed to unlock, besides the magnifying glass is well worth it...
