I have tons of SDRAM laying around and im too lazy to sell it. So, I thought maybe I could buy a ramdrive card and put it to use. Where would I go to find one of these? How cheap would a used/new one be?

The Rocket Drive is one RAM based drive you can buy. It can hold up to 4GB of SDRAM, and sounds like what you're looking for.

They're not cheap though, and the Rocket Drive comes with memory already (others may not though). For one with 1GB of RAM included, it'll end up costing $999 new. An ebay auction has one (also 1GB) for $899 currently.

I'll see if I can dredge up any other similar drives...
