Which ABIT KT7 bios ??????????

i have an abit kt7-e motherboard and im looking for the newest and latest bios update....theres ZT bioses and 3c bioses..what the difference? .....can someone tell me the latest official bios or any better unofficial bioses? ....thanks

www.viahardware.com should have what you're looking for. They'll have official release bios as well as beta.
