I'm building a new system for DooM 3 :) and I wanted to know which of the 939 pin processors is the best for overclocking. I'm willing to pay extra if its really worth it.

Thanks for the advice.

I gotta another question, what motherboard to get.

I have been look at the VIA AV8 and trying to decide between ASUS and ABIT. (Ohh yeah, do you know if they have solved the AGP/PCI lock problem?) Which one do you recommend? OR should I go for the nvidia chipset?

THANKS!!!

If your going to spend that much on a cpu, I suggest getting the cheaper one and phase change cooling, such as Prometeia or vapochill.
