Which AMD Build is the better one?

Which one is better, and why, and how can I improve them performance wise. I'd be nice if they could dive below the 700 mark. Anyways thanks in advanced.

The first builds definitely better. You could drop the 5770 down to a 1gb 4870 and the 955 down to a 945 to get it below $700, but it'd be worth the extra $40 to get the built you have already outlined.

The four core Phenom and DDR3 is better, but please, pick a better power supply.
