which mobo is better for p3 oc?
the 440bx or the i815 based mobos?

The BX is old, but quite reliable, and I have no problems running my Abit BE6-2. i815 is newer, and supports some new things, like agp x4. If I were to buy a new motherboard today, it would be i815 I think.
