which mobo do you know as a fact will get me up to the 1.7ghz range

im buying a tbird 1.33 ghz and going all out watercooling vid card processor (possibly mobo) and im looking for top of the line raid mobo (under 300$) if it dont have raid i want ata 100 ummm a agp4x is needed ummm atleast 4 or 5 pci slots umm nothing onboard no onboard sound or video umm and thats pretty much what i want
